Custom 3D Printing
How do I order a custom 3D print?
Just head to our Contact page and select 'Custom 3D Print.' Send us your STL file or describe what you need, and we'll get back to you with a quote. If you don't have a file, we can design one for you.
What materials do you print with?
We primarily print with PLA, but also work with PETG, ASA, ABS, and TPU depending on the project. If you're not sure which material is right, just ask — we'll help you pick.
How long does a custom print take?
Most custom orders are completed within a week. Larger or more complex prints may take longer. We'll give you a timeline when we quote your project.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on print time and material used. We price in $5 increments based on how long the print takes. We'll always quote you before we start.
Can I send my own STL file?
Absolutely. Send us your file and we'll review it for printability. If it needs adjustments, we'll let you know before printing.
Used Printers
Do you sell used printers?
Yes. We periodically sell used and refurbished FDM printers that have been run in our shop. Every printer is cleaned, serviced, and test-printed before sale.
How do I know if a used printer is in good condition?
Every machine we sell has been used in our own production environment, so we know exactly how it performs. We test each one before listing it and can tell you its print history.
What printers do you typically have available?
We run Prusa printers in our own shop, but the used machines we sell vary by what's currently available. Reach out to ask what we have in stock.
Can I pick up a used printer locally?
Yes — local pickup in Amarillo is the preferred option for used printers. Contact us to check current availability and arrange a time.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the US. Most orders ship within one business day of being completed.
How much does shipping cost?
Contact us or check the product listing for current shipping rates. We compare carrier rates on every order to get you the best deal.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available in the Amarillo and Canyon, Texas area. Just let us know when you place your order.
Filament
What filament brands do you carry?
We stock filament from Zyltech, Polymaker, Panchroma, and Fiberon — brands we've tested and trust on our own printers.
What types of filament are available?
PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, and TPU. We also carry specialty filaments like silk, matte, glow-in-the-dark, and wood composite.
Do you use the same filament you sell?
Every spool we stock is something we've run through our own printers. We don't sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves.
Classes & Workshops
Do I need experience to take a class?
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and start from the basics — how a printer works, what the different parts do, and how to design your first model.
What will I learn?
You'll get hands-on experience with Tinkercad for 3D design, learn how printers work mechanically, and walk through common troubleshooting. You'll leave with the confidence to start printing on your own.
Are classes in-person or online?
Currently in-person only, with virtual options coming soon. We offer small group sessions and private one-on-one instruction.
Printer Setup & Support
Can you help me set up a new printer?
Yes. We handle full assembly, bed leveling, calibration, and your first test print. We'll make sure everything is dialed in before we hand it back.
Do you offer remote support?
We do. If you're not local, we can walk you through setup and troubleshooting over video call.
What printers do you work on?
I personally run Prusa printers, so that's where my expertise is deepest — but we can help with most FDM printers. Reach out and we'll let you know if we can help with your specific machine.

Where are you located?
We're based in Amarillo, Texas. All products are made in-house and shipped from here.
Is everything really made in-house?
100%. Every toy, fidget, and custom print comes off one of our 10 printers. No outsourcing, no dropshipping.
